Create a patient account at go.bicmd.com/PeerC.
For a telehealth visit, select Comprehensive Consultation.
Select a time from Dr. Peer's availability.
Fill out clinical intake form with information regarding your condition.
Input your financial information and upload your medical records.

One available service is medical records and imaging evaluations or full telehealth visit. The other available service is a comprehensive online telehealth visit with up to 5 participants of your choice to join in.
